Trim Color

The Lumaris 4 in canless (remodeler-style) downlight brings tunable white and warm dim to RadioRA 3 ceilings without recessed housings. It installs directly into a ceiling opening with integral mounting, and is controlled natively over Clear Connect – Type X — no control wire to pull.

Key Features

  • 2-channel tunable white light engine: 1800K–4000K with consistent 90+ CRI across the range
  • 800 lumens of ambient illumination; 8.5 W power consumption (120 V~, 60 Hz)
  • Continuous, flicker-free dimming from 100% down to 0.1% of measured light output with natural warm dim
  • 3 in (76 mm) aperture with diffusive lens; permanently affixed white or black trim options
  • Rated life of 50,000 hours (L70); 5-year fixture, LED, and dimming warranty
  • California Title 24 / JA8 listed; cULus listed; IP20 indoor dry/damp location

Applications

  • New openings and remodel ceilings in RadioRA 3 residential projects
  • Kitchens, living areas, corridors, and other general lighting zones that benefit from tunable white

System Notes

  • Canless (remodeler) form factor — for retrofitting existing recessed cans, specify the Lumaris retrofit downlight (RRL-RD series) instead
  • Choose trim color as the variant: White (RRL-CD4WH-TW) or Black (RRL-CD4BL-TW); 4 in and 6 in class fixtures are listed separately
  • Use the listed RRL- model numbers for RadioRA 3 projects
  • Controlled natively over Lutron Clear Connect – Type X wireless; no low-voltage control wiring required
  • Power the fixture from constant (unswitched/undimmed) 120 V — do not wire through a phase-control dimmer
  • Verify layout, load, and control requirements before ordering
